IT Park: zero-tax status extended to 2030
IT Park residents have zero VAT and income tax until 2030. Entry threshold cut from $100,000 to $50,000 in annual revenue.
What happened
The President signed a decree extending zero-rate VAT and income tax for IT Park residents to January 1, 2030.
New revenue threshold: $50,000/year (previously $100,000). Benefits extended to all 13 regional tech parks.
In simple terms
IT Park is a club where members pay no dues. The state says: 'work, earn — we won't tax you for now', betting on bigger returns through employment and export growth.
The more companies join, the stronger the ecosystem — and the more taxes the state collects after 2030.
This has happened before
IT Park was founded in 2019. In 6 years, residents grew from 50 to 2,400 companies. IT service exports grew 12x: from $32M to $380M.
""I used to pay 12% profit tax. Now I invest that money into hiring developers — the team has tripled."
